The Singapore Biennale 2008 (11 Sep -16 Nov)Following the success of its first edition, the Singapore Biennale (11 September – 16 November) returns for a 10-week visual feast, featuring some of the world’s and Singapore’s frontrunners in contemporary paintings, installations, interactive electronic media and sculptures exhibited at unusual and significant venues around the city. Singapore’s largest international contemporary visual arts platform will also involve a new segment this year, known as the Boutique Show that is set to attract the world’s top art galleries and international art enthusiasts. Bvlgari Watch Exhibition 2008 (18 – 28 Sep) @ ParagonLuxury label Bvlgari will present the Bvlgari Watch Exhibition 2008 (18 – 28 September) at Paragon along Orchard Road. Producing finely crafted jewelled watches in platinum and diamonds since 1920, Bvlgari will showcase more than 100 exquisitely crafted timepieces, including the Diagono collection which is celebrating its 20th anniversary. Watch connoisseurs and avid collectors will want to keep a lookout for the limited edition timepieces created exclusively for this event and which are never seen before in South East Asia.
