The main highlights of NDP @ Marina Bay 2007 include:

• A one-hour pre-parade concert featuring local singers, dancers, musicians and theatre actors to entertain spectators,
• A dynamic defence display at the end of the 50-minute parade and ceremonial segment to showcase Singapore's Total Defence capability,
• As night falls, a 50-minute light, sound, water and pyrotechnics show will illuminate the city skyline.

To enable more people to participate in the National Day celebrations this year, a National Day Festival with a wide range of events and activities will be organised from 16 Jul to 26 Aug. This is a multi-agency effort to celebrate different aspects of being Singaporean.
