The Animal Lovers League is a non-profit organization dedicated to animal welfare that started Pets Villa, a volunteer-run shelter in 2004. A refuge for stray cats and dogs, A.L.L. hopes to give these animals a second chance at life through their adoption programme and boarding services.

At Pet Villa, there are many waiting to be re-homed. Since typical Singaporean high-rise living is not suitable for all pets, a minimal-fee sponsorship is provided as an alternative to adoption. Volunteers to help care for the cats and dogs are welcomed.

A.L.L welcome any monetary contributions from the public to run the operation and also appreciate donation of equipment like leashes, bowls, blankets, towels, rice cookers and rice.
