You Only Die Twice - Murder Mystery Night Dinner Theatre

Following the roaring success of the venue’s first Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre: A Spy For A Spy (sold out in less than a week!), the Singapore Indoor Stadium is proud to present ‘You Only Die Twice - Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre 2’ staged in the intimate setting of the 120 seat Black Box Theatre at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Saturday the 25th of April 2009.

If you always win at Cluedo, then once again ‘You Only Die Twice’ will be a night to remember! This fun event combines an evening at the theatre with a 4 course menu of western fare as you enjoy glitz, glamour, uproar and murder behind the scenes of a Hollywood blockbuster movie. Picking up clues along the way, you also stand the chance to win a prize for correctly guessing the identity of the murderer from amongst a cast of sinister suspects. And if you’d like to dress up as your favourite Hollywood movie star (fancy dress optional) – a prize will also be offered for the best-dressed couple!

The evening commences with guests invited to enjoy a welcome drink as they mingle with the cast of ‘You Only Die Twice’. Expect a lot more than air kisses and autographs from the ‘luvvies’ as the professional and talented cast from ‘Masquerade’ tells this intriguing tale of murder and betrayal. The lights go down, a crime is committed and a thrilling night of sleuthing begins.

The Plot

It is the final day of filming ‘You Only Die Twice’ , the latest in the long-running action movie series featuring British special agent, Matt Turbo , starring Jasper Black . Paragon Pictures are seeking to broaden the film’s appeal with the casting of soccer ace, Robbie Walker , much to the contempt of Helen Smyth , doyenne of the stage, who has condescended to appear after a long period ‘resting’. Slinky starlet Claudine Stone , said to be linked romantically with Black, stars as his on-screen arch-enemy.

However, even the stellar cast may not be enough to save the film from bombing at the box office and despite the desperate pleas of director Dickie Darling , Jasper Black is insisting this will be his last appearance as Matt Turbo .

The knives will definitely be out on the set of this dramatic dinner event. Be a sleuth, follow the clues, question the suspects and solve the mystery - or just relax, wine, dine and enjoy the fun!
