Noise Singapore

Have you heard the Noise? The youth in Singapore definitely have, with over 1,800 young artists submitting 11,000 musical tracks, photographs and designs during Noise Singapore’s open call last year, making it a record year for Singapore’s foremost youth platform for the arts.

All this will culminate in a festival showcase, which will be officially launched on 5 March 2009 at Far East Plaza by Guest-Of-Honour RAdm (NS) Lui Tuck Yew, Senior Minister of State for Information, Communication and the Arts, and Education.

Featuring some of the most creative up-and-coming young artists, designers, musicians and photographers Singapore has to offer, the showcase will include an exhibition of 7,000 stunning physical works and electrifying concerts at the Esplanade (6-8 March) and *scape (20-21 March). These will be accompanied by another series of Noise’s highly successful workshops on design, photography and illustration, so don’t miss out on your opportunity to experience the cream of our country’s creative crop!

Noise Singapore Showcase
Come and experience some of the best creative energies Singapore’s youths have to offer, as the Noise Singapore showcase turns Far East Plaza’s Level One into a giant Noise concept store! With almost 7,000 vibrant works on display alongside explosive music performances by our very own Noise artists and musicians, it’s plain to see why Noise Singapore is the premiere youth arts platform in the country today.
