Raffles City Reloaded

Fashion-forward shopping mall refines fashion mix and introduces sumptuous dining experiences in an exciting new shopping environment

Raffles City Shopping Centre ups the style stakes with a S$63 million revamp. The fashion-forward mall redefines retail therapy as the must-visit one-stop shopping paradise in Singapore for both tourists and locals alike.

The six-month revamp saw the construction of a 3-storey island podium block in place of the atrium formerly at Level 1. The mall’s atrium space has been relocated to Level 3 where events and promotions will now be hosted. This new podium also adds 41,000 sq ft of retail space, totaling a whopping 396,370 sq ft of titillating shopping within Raffles City Shopping Centre.

To further enhance the shopping experience, a striking 3-storey high water feature was integrated into the design of the podium, which has already become an iconic focal point for the mall.

Basement 1, also known as The Raffles Marketplace, has been extended, too. With additional 25,000 sq ft of space, augmented by 30%, it now boasts 116,174 sq ft of retail space.

“Raffles City Shopping Centre continues to play a very active and integral role in Singapore’s tourism scene by providing an attractive and innovative shopping environment. It is our vision to create a distinctive shopping mall that appeals to the mass public as well as fashion-forward Singaporeans. We are very proud to present the new Raffles City,” said Ms Teresa Teow, General Manager, Raffles City Singapore.

Underscoring the mall’s fashion-forward focus, Raffles City Shopping Centre has upped the ante by refining its tenant mix and bringing in hot new fashion brands to Singapore. What’s more, each level is thematically segregated to target a specific shopping demographic and help shoppers shop with ease.

Level 1: VOGUE – For the Sophisticates
The prime area at Level 1 targets the sophisticated shopper with a penchant for luxury. High-end watch brands such as Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin and Omega take pride of place at Level 1, which also welcomes hot new Spanish fashion brands Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro and Springfield, each being a flagship store. As for high fashion, one can indulge in Aigner, Bally, Agnés b, Kate Spade, Stge, Anteprima Plastiq, and Coach.

Level 2: HIGH STREET CHIC – For the Trendy Fashionista
Fashionistas flock to Level 2 for its bevy of trendy stores including the new additions like Topshop/Topman and Dorothy Perkins’ concept stores located within the island podium amidst other chic high street brands such as River Island and French Connection.

Level 3: PLAY HUB – For the Home and Juniors
Level 3 is dedicated to the home as well as the little ones. For the house proud, there’s the new ZONE flagship and concept store proffering chic home accessories while Okaidi Obaidi from France will inculcate a sense of sartorial style in your kids. Well-known brand in pewter, Royal Selangor, has also been relocated and now occupies a bigger floor area.

You will also find the new atrium here where special events, shows and activities are staged.

Basement 1: BUZZ – The Raffles Marketplace
Now 30% larger than before, The Raffles Marketplace is abuzz with new and exciting dining options such as Shokudo Japanese Food Bazaar, the first Japanese marché concept in Singapore, Streets Café, Lulu, OChaCha with a novel matcha café concept, BreadTalk/Toastbox, Canélé Patisserie Chocolaterie, Epi’dor and J.Co Donuts & Coffee which makes its debut in Singapore here at The Raffles Marketplace.

You can also find The Cocoa Trees, InQbox urban retail utility, Eu Yan Sang, GNC Live Well, Unity NTUC Healthcare and Watsons in the extended area.
