Definitely one of the most anticipated events every Chinese New Year, the Chingay Parade of Dreams is a showcase of Singapore's rich multicultural heritage. Year after year, hundreds of Singaporeans line Orchard Road to view this colourful procession with its giant floats, sequined costumes, martial arts displays and dance performances. A stunning ensemble of sights and sounds, this year's parade promises to be the parade of the year, featuring talented local groups, foreign acts, and spectacular floats. There is a total of 3000 street performers from 28 local and 13 international groups from Angola, Ireland, Zhejiang, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan etc
