DJ Shy has broken barriers in the male-dominated industry of deejaying to become one of the most skilled and respected female mixers in the world. As a Korean American, she has redefined the black and latino landscape of hip-hop music. DJ Shy is the first female on-air mixer at the No. 1 Top 40 radio station in America, 102.7 KIIS-FM in Los Angeles. Smooth operator, DJ Rough, Singapore’s champion at the DMC World DJ Championships (2001), and veteran of countless DJ battles, will dish out the essence of hip hop, to the biggest tunes and to the underground while mashing it all up with reggae, crunk and fresh tunes! DJ Jensen, a familiar voice on the airwaves, enjoys the thrill of being behind the mic and the turntables. This maestro plays tracks that get the crowd to feel the euphoria, love and emotion in trance, fused together to create an intense uplifting energy. Having acquired a keen ear for quality sounds through his many years of exposure to a wide spectrum of cutting edge dance music, DJ Kavan has developed his own distinctive style of fusing a myriad of genres ranging from house, minimal to Detroit techno. He has graced the decks with luminaries such as Brendon P (Zouk, Singapore), Aldrin (Zouk, Singapore), DJ Tommy (Hong Kong), Odede (Twisted Records, US), DJ Sawa (Bedrock) and DJ Rap (UK). He is also one of the few DJs to own the privilege of performing for two consecutive years at Zouk’s Localized!, an annual event that champions the best of local DJ/Producer talents in a communal showcase.
