Non-Stop Music into the New Year
Listen up as a line-up of celebrity DJs and the ALL NEW Live bands bring you the uninterrupted sounds of Hip Hop, R&B, Funk, Soul and Retro Remix to Top 40's, Trance, Chill Out, Progressive and House to take you into 2008. The illuminated tower rising up like a lighthouse in the heart of the party arena will provide the pedestal for the DJs to serve up the grooves.

Cranking out the Retro rhythms on the turntables is DJ Shy. Do not let her name deceive you - she is anything but. DJ Shy has broken barriers in the male-dominated industry of deejaying to become one of the most skilled and respected female mixers in the world. As a Korean American, she has redefined the black and latino landscape of hip-hop music. DJ Shy is the first female on-air mixer at the No. 1 Top 40 radio station in America, 102.7 KIIS-FM in Los Angeles.

Smooth operator, DJ Rough, Singapore’s champion at the DMC World DJ Championships (2001), and veteran of countless DJ battles, will dish out the essence of hip hop, to the biggest tunes and to the underground while mashing it all up with reggae, crunk and fresh tunes!

DJ Jensen, a familiar voice on the airwaves, enjoys the thrill of being behind the mic and the turntables. This maestro plays tracks that get the crowd to feel the euphoria, love and emotion in trance, fused together to create an intense uplifting energy.

Having acquired a keen ear for quality sounds through his many years of exposure to a wide spectrum of cutting edge dance music, DJ Kavan has developed his own distinctive style of fusing a myriad of genres ranging from house, minimal to Detroit techno. He has graced the decks with luminaries such as Brendon P (Zouk, Singapore), Aldrin (Zouk, Singapore), DJ Tommy (Hong Kong), Odede (Twisted Records, US), DJ Sawa (Bedrock) and DJ Rap (UK). He is also one of the few DJs to own the privilege of performing for two consecutive years at Zouk’s Localized!, an annual event that champions the best of local DJ/Producer talents in a communal showcase.

LIVE Bands
New to this year’s party is the LIVE band – we have not just one but two acts to rock the shores. Popular and highly acclaimed local band E.I.C. will keep your feet digging into the golden sands and UK’s top jazz funk and soul band INCOGNITO will launch you into the New Year!

“Energetic”, “explosive”, “visually stimulating”, “a band with heart” - these are just some of the terms that have been used to describe E.I.C.. A band that plays an eclectic mix of old and new favourites from The Beatles to Van Morrison, Prince, R.E.M. and even their very own originals. E.I.C. strives to bring revelers on a rollercoaster ride of emotional ups and downs through their brand of music. With new arrangements of familiar and current Top 40 songs, E.I.C. is the band you should definitely watch for at the party.

Pulling out all the stops this year, the highlight Live act is non other than the incomparable INCOGNITO. More than the moniker of a great band, Incognito is a brand - a guaranteed one-stop for sophisticated, uplifting U.K.-spun soul-jazz, stamped by a cavalcade of top-notch vocal talent, sweeping arrangements for rhythm section, horns and strings, substance-fueled lyrical content and the unflagging leadership of guitarist/songwriter Jean-Paul Maunick, affectionately known as "Bluey." Fans and the unacquainted will love their classy and high-energy performance. What better way to start a brand new year!

Foam, Food and Fun!
If the music is not enough, you can even experience a bubbly shower at the ever popular foam pool, or create some waves on the electronic surfboard and be the last man or woman standing. Get a new perspective of 2008 with the 360 degrees reverse bungee or have a splashing start to the New Year at the dunking pool. Fuel up your energy tank with the array of food and drinks, while the capoeira, break-dancers, and fire-eaters provide you with a visual feast.
