Worlds Within in Uniquely Singapore starring Hyun Bin and Song Hye-Kyo

The production for Worlds Within, has just wrapped up a whirlwind six-day shoot in Singapore from 2 to 7 September, Starring Hyun Bin and Song Hye-Kyo and directed by acclaimed director Pyo Min-Soo, this 16-part drama will feature some of Singapore’s landmark locations including the Singapore River, Changi Airport, Sentosa and Orchard Road amongst others.

Worlds Within is a drama about the lives and love stories of directors and professionals working at a broadcasting station and is the latest project to be supported by the Singapore Tourism Board’s (STB) Film in Singapore Scheme.

In 2007, a record 464 000 South Korea visitors came to Singapore. From January to June this year, Singapore received 236 000 visitors from South Korea, an increase of five per cent over the same period last year.

Worlds Within will broadcast from November to December 2008 on Korea’s Channel 7, a free-to-air TV station with nationwide viewership, on Mondays and Tuesdays primetime from 9.55pm to 11.05pm.

Since 2004, the Film in Singapore Scheme has supported more than 15 projects including movies, television series, documentaries and music video.
