Boasting a stellar line-up of home-grown artistes such as Tanya Chua (蔡健雅), STB's past and present tourism ambassadors to Greater China – Ah-Do (阿杜) and JJ Lin (林俊杰), and top China stars such as Sun Yue (孙悦), and Chen Hao (陈好), the concert will also feature celebrities from Taiwan and Hong Kong including Alec Su (苏有朋) and Joey Yeung (容祖儿), as well as MediaCorp artistes such as Fann Wong (范文芳), Christopher Lee (李名顺) and Tay Ping Hui (郑斌辉).

Singapore and China have been enjoying good relations, and collaboration between both countries today spans economic, social, education and cultural aspects. China was Singapore's second visitor-generating country with some 860,000 visitor arrivals in 2005. There were about 700,000 visitor arrivals from Singapore to China within the same period.
