A Caribbean Dining Experience in Singapore

Opened in 2007 along the popular tourist stretch of Clarke Quay, Mama's decorations exuberates the vibrant, colours and festive moods of the Caribbean.

Live band from the Philippines plays a mean ensemble of reggae, roots reggae, dancehall and other genres from the vast West Indies and dancers dance to the rhythm of the Caribbean beat.

Mama’s serves up exotic cuisines of the Caribbean, pamper your taste buds with Bahama Salt Fish Fritters, which is slices of catfish deep fried and served with spicy mayonnaise. Try the Beef Kebabs with Honey Tomatoes or the highly recommended St Vincent Steak, served with mango salsa.

As you would expect from a Caribbean bar, rum and a wide range of exotic cocktails are served here. A classic Caribbean drink is the Hot Buttered Rum, which is a delectable mix of Myers Rum, hot cocoa, unsalted butter and topped off with a dollop of whipped cream. With different daily drinks promotions, you will find it delightful enough to come back for more!
