Summer DanceFit 2006

The annual Summer DanceFit Festival will bring together a community of performers, youths, children, parents and our senior citizens in cooperative community to bond and to engage in dance, health and fitness activities.

The Festival offers a cohesive atmosphere aimed at fostering creative exchanges, encouraging new grounds and providing opportunities to experience a wide spectrum of dances/movement, health and fitness disciplines. Youths and audiences share their aspiration through jams, varied performances, mass health and fitness sessions.

The Summer DanceFit Festival will comprise five interwoven programmes – Dance Performances; Sports & Fitness for Bonding; Bands & Music Jams; Outreach Programmes & Exhibitions; Involvement & Entrepreneurship – Youths at Work.
